Back to School Reminders!

School is right around the corner and now is the time when parents all over town are scrambling to set a schedule of after-school activities. Here are some reminders for families who have been away for the summer or are simply switching gears for the school year:
--Students who withdrew for the summer MUST visit the office to complete new registration paperwork before re-entering classes.
--Similarly, students who have been continuously enrolled but absent due to extended vacation, injury, etc, should check in with the office.
--Make-ups are by appointment ONLY and are limited to one per month. Additional make-ups can be scheduled at a cost of $5 each.
--As hurricane season gears up please remember that states of emergency and prescheduled closures are not eligible for make-ups.
--All children must enter and exit the building wearing shoes.
--Please no gymnastics in the observation room (or standing on tables and chairs).
--If your child is too sick to go to school, please do not come to gym. We would be happy to schedule a make-up for you.
--Parents are not allowed on the gym floor unless directed by a staff member.
--Parents of young children who have recently been potty-trained should plan to stay for the duration of their child's class.
--Please make sure we have a current email address on file. We send all billing receipts and important notices this way.
--Please confirm all class changes with the office. If the office is empty or busy, you can email us.
--Please remember that we require 30 day's notice for all withdrawals, which includes summer absences. The notice date begins once an email has been sent to, not when you verbally inform your instructor or office staff.
--Tuition is due on the 1st of the month.
--Tuition not paid by the 10th of the month will incur a $15 fee.
--Declined credit card payment and checks will similarly incur a $15 fee.
--Please keep track of changes in credit cards. If a payment declines because of an expiration, for example, there will still be a $15 fee.
